Bill joined Compass in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer.

Bill has a solid record of positioning organizations for success, and since joining Compass, he has led the development and implementation of strategies and programs that support the continued operational growth of Compass, across all markets and product lines.

With almost 30 years in the natural gas processing industry, Bill has extensive senior management experience in energy service operations of small to mid-sized public companies.

His engineering background, combined with his comprehensive background in field service operations and manufacturing of products for natural gas facilities, drive his relentless focus on operational excellence and exceptional results.

Bill holds a BE, Chemical from the University of Sydney.
