Scott is a Compass co-owner and Board Member.

Scott joined Compass in 2008 and developed and implemented creative and resourceful sales strategies that have generated multi-million dollar sales growth through the years.

Scott’s foresight and imagination also helped Compass win E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011.

Scott has more than thirty years of experience in the compression and process fabrication business, including building and managing high-performing sales teams, and developing successful, mutually-beneficial client relationships.

His deep knowledge and innate understanding of the natural gas industry have enabled Scott to develop new and successful revenue streams for Compass, which have had a direct impact on the significant and continued growth of the business.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering, and has held senior sales management positions with large organizations, domestically and internationally.

Scott strives to ensure that he and his team are continually providing all stakeholders with expert solutions and exceptional experiences, through all aspects of a project.
