Phil Ness, Compass Co-owner and Vice President, Operations, announced his retirement today. He will continue to be an active Compass Board Member.
Phil’s career spans 30 years in the gas compression industry, and he has been with Compass for 16 of those years. He was instrumental in the design of our Frontier shop and his innovative ideas and “let’s get it done” attitude helped establish Compass as a leading provider of compression and process packages around the world.
He is a leader, mentor, and friend to many, and those who have worked with Phil will not forget the experience.
Phil, we wish you a happy retirement full of family, golfing, travelling and enjoying good times.
We will miss you.
